Because of the intricate laser-cut details, some pieces require patience when painting and assembling. Beginners are absolutely welcome, but those with crafting experience may find the process easier.
The reverse side of many pieces will show laser char marks. These are normal and will not be visible once assembled.
For the best results, I recommend:
Watercolor paints
Acrylic paints thinned with a small amount of water for fine details
Paint markers for precision work
For a magical shimmer effect, mix mica powder into a clear-drying glue or medium before applying.
My favorite adhesive for these kits is Gorilla Gel Glue, which provides a fast hold while allowing enough working time for positioning.
To temporarily hold pieces while glue dries, glue dots or low-tack tape work wonderfully.
For lighting, many customers love using inexpensive TV LED strip lights, which provide adjustable colors and brightness to create a magical atmosphere.
